Sabar Health was founded in 2005 by Dr. Roni Sabar, and today comprises admission departments nationwide, a multidisciplinary staff of hundreds of specialists in the field of medicine, nursing and the paramedical professions.
Until today, the company teams have treated more than 40,000 patients in their homes, in the belief that the future of medicine is in the strengthening of the services provided at home and in the community.
This is a global trend that reflects the understanding that the best and most natural place for treating a sick individual is in his natural surroundings, while providing medical and professional support, 24/7.
The premise is that in most cases, an individual will feel best and safest in his own home.
Home hospitalization is preferential to institutional hospitalization due to the significant decrease in the risk of infectious illnesses, whilst preserving the treatment sequence between the hospital and the patient’s home, and preserving a normal routine for the patient and the rest of the family.
Vision and values
We will do everything possible to ensure people receive medical care in their natural surroundings – at home, as is their right.
Same service.
Same quality.
More comfort.
Respect and compassion
We see the individual, are attentive to his needs, and do all that is required for the physical and mental wellbeing of him and his relatives.
Excellence
We always strive for the best for our patients, their relatives and Sabar staff, while continually learning.
Availability
We are available to our patients and their relatives everywhere and at all times. We are here for you.
Transparency
We believe that transparency is a central value in building a professional relationship based on respect and trust.
Teamwork
We believe that medical and emotional treatment given in complete synchrony strengthen the sense of security and protection of the patient and his/her family.
Sabar Health
Sabar Health heads the largest unit for Home Hospitalization in Israel through scientific research, the development of unique services, concentration of information and excellence and training of medical teams.
There is a team of around 900 from a range of different medical and nursing professions and social services.
With acceptance of a new patient to one of the Home Hospitalization departments, the patient is designated with permanent treatment team that will accompany him and his family for the duration of the process. The treatment team works in full accordance and with a holistic vision regarding the patient’s needs, under the management of the patient’s case manager, as defined in advance. Sabar Health services are not bound by costs to those ensured by the HMOs in the agreement. For other patients, the service is also available privately. We treat people in their homes, all over the country, from Kiryat Shmona and Ramat HaGolan, through the settlements in Judah and Samaria, east Jerusalem, and all the way to Eilat. We are proud of the fact that equality of treatment is provided, both in city centers and distant, peripheral locations, without adversely affecting the quality of medical treatment or the quality of service.
