Home care is an alternative to both hospitalization in the ward and day admissions, allowing the patient to remain with his family, in the environment that is safe and familiar to him.
Advantages of home hospitalizations:
The patient receives a full response to all his medical needs at home
- in his natural environment, one that is familiar to him, close to his family, and with a treatment plan that has been devised and specifically adapted according to his condition and needs.
Hospitalization at home reduces the risk of infections and the other complications
of institutional hospitalization, and can shorten the recovery time.
Quality of life and convenience
- hospitalization at home is more directed and focused on improving and preserving the natural living environment.
Daily routine for those in need of prolonged hospitalization
- hospitalization in the home environment can be a solution for working people who need prolonged hospitalization – those patients will be able to work during the day, and receive treatment at home in the evening.
The routine of family members
- home hospitalization saves family members valuable time in traveling to the hospital, searching for parking, paying for parking, etc.

How do I get an internal hospitalization, at home, funded by a HMO? - Starting the Day, Reshet 13
I want to thank you for the wonderful care and amazing service I received in the last few days.
After I was hospitalized due to an undesirable infection during pregnancy and I almost had to stay there alone over the festival and the Sabbath, you arrived like angels and released me to the Home Hospital that was no less than perfect. Every single one of the staff who came into my home was wonderful, humane, professional and courteous, beyond all expectations.
I would like to mention nurse Michael in particular, who acted with exceptional sensitivity and courtesy as well as the dear doctor who came to me during the festival, but whose name I don’t remember precisely.
May you always fulfill your mission faithfully with true humanity and sensitivity. Simply this alone has healing in it.
Blessings and success in all.
To the team at Sabar Health,
After being referred to the Home Hospice service, there are no words to describe the service we received. Your entire vision, as presented, is an entire world:
Respect and compassion - a doctor, nurse and social worker with endless soul and caring.
Excellence - perfect professionals.
Availability - They never let us feel that we were bothering them, that the questions weren’t appropriate. On many occasions they initiated contact with us, without us having to contact them.
Transparency - Full transparency. They did not hide the severity of the situation, but were always first-class in giving respect and attention.
Teamwork - the perfect team, working in full collaboration.
There is no doubt that thanks to your amazing team, which was ours, we were able to be with my father 24/7 at home, in his own bed, in the place he chose to be, without compromising on the best treatment he could have received.
If you didn't exist, you'd have to be invented.
We can only hope that many homes in Israel will get your excellent service during their difficult times, and know that they are being handled by the most sensitive and caring of professionals.
Rise and Succeed!
Dr. Paddy,
We wanted to thank you warmly for the rehabilitation treatment that Dad has received lately. He got back on his feet and even walked, we celebrated an exciting family Seder with him, and we continue to see progress every day.
Many thanks for the availability, gentleness and vitality you brought with you, which gave us all strength and hope. It is joyful and exciting to meet a doctor who devotes time and attention and so much openness and respect to the patient. Thanks also to the treatment team, who also
acted in this spirit: the nurse, and Omri the physiotherapist as well.
Thank you so much, on behalf of Dad and all of us 🙏🏻
To the team at Sabar Health,
I want to thank you for your attitude, support, empathy and professionalism during the very difficult period we went through with my late husband.
I would like to thank and give a particular mention to Tom, the social worker who identified and responded to our needs with sensitivity and efficiency.
Tova the nurse, supported us professionalism and understanding, and made sure we had everything we needed.
And Dr. Menashe, who was accessible, empathetic, patient, and attentive to our needs.
To Dr. Roni Sabar, we are grateful for the time you have devoted to me and the children, and in allowing us the opportunity to enjoy more good times with my husband.
"The Angels in White" - The team that cared for Mom
I would like to thank the wonderful team sent by Sabar Health to take care of my mother at home.
I would like to mention Dr. Paul in particular - an amazing, caring, sensitive, pleasant, tolerant and patient doctor, who provides a wonderful service.
I would also like to give a special mention to the team of nurses who treated Mom with caring, pleasantness, sensitivity and tolerance, and were particularly patient in answering my questions.
Often written, "the angels in white," this is the team that took care of Mom.
I wish to give all the staff our thanks, and may there be many more like them.
Thanks to the physiotherapist, I am able to walk today.
I would like to thank the physiotherapist Danny Ophir, who was sent to me following the knee surgery I underwent about a month ago. Danny contributed a lot to my rehabilitation, taking me from a state where I couldn't get out of bed to now, where I am able to both stand and walk.
Danny practiced walking with me, first with a walker and then with a cane, climbing the stairs and performing other exercises. With endless patience, he was able to restore my confidence, balance and equilibrium. He took care of me with a dedication and calmness that helped me in overcoming the fears and excruciating pain after surgery.
Thank you with all my heart.
I am amazed by the speed, efficiency and quality of the service,
and I would like to commend the excellent service you provided. I am amazed by the speed with which you responded when I approached you in the first place, the high efficiency of your service, and the quality of the service throughout the time you tended to my husband.
You have been blessed with great employees!
My husband was treated by two of your doctors, Dr. Anatoly Ehrlich and Dr. Safouat Salim, and nurses Abed Mansour and Yael. They acted with outstanding dedication, efficiency and professionalism. They all wholeheartedly devoted themselves to taking care of my husband, and acted with impressive professionalism and responsibility. Each of them was attentive to the illness, the patient, the needs and circumstances. Each devoted time, energy and willingness to treat and assist as much as possible, and the service from all of them was given diligently, warmly, with warm humanity and with great grace.
Your therapeutic team works under the pressure of time, because the day is short and the work is extensive, and nevertheless tries to give the patient the best possible, and to do so pleasantly and patiently. And it isn’t to be taken for granted.
I am grateful to them, and to you.
Sincerely, and with great appreciation.
A big thank you.
Thank you dear people. I have no words to thank the medical staff that you have placed at our disposal. Dr. Amar was available for everything when we contacted him,
and when we asked him to come, he did so immediately. When we wanted advice, there was always someone who would listen.
Nurse Rita accompanied my husband with love and professionalism, and was attentive to all our requests.
The social worker Zehava gave us invaluable advice, prepared us for any scenario, and at the moment of truth we were ready and everything went without trouble.
What can I tell you? May you be blessed and continue the holy work that you do in the most difficult of moments.
With deep gratitude.
Thank you dear nurse Shulamit
Thank you dear nurse Shulamit
Shulamit was a source of knowledge, and of comfort to us. A source of professionalism, trust and so much goodwill. She became part of our home.
The help we received from her throughout the months in which we accompanied Dad to his end, is difficult to describe in words.
That is not to mention the last two days of his life, which happened just at the time of Operation Breaking Dawn and required coming to the home while under fire.
It is not easy to keep an elderly person dependent upon nursing care at home. We knew exactly what we wanted for him, and with you we were able to create this reality for him.
Thank you with all my heart. Dear nurse Hila.
With thanks and appreciation
Dad had advanced cancer. We knew what to expect from the future; we were aware that his condition would deteriorate, and it was important for us to prepare for such a difficult scenario.
This is how it came about that we got to know the Sabar Health staff, Dr. Roman Meirovich, nurse Amir Bassioni, and the social worker, Neria Mahalab. By the first meeting we already felt that we were in good and safe hands. Beyond the medical issues, personal, warm and pleasant relationships were formed. Dad always waited eagerly for the meetings. They were there for him every step of the way. They talked, laughed, and listened. They got to know him, first as a person, and only then as a patient. The relationship between them, and the fluent discourse that was not only about drugs and pain, the humor that they generated between themselves and him, was what made these encounters, even the last ones, so significant and strengthening for him. The feeling was of sharing, thinking together, trying, and that all of us were putting the effort in to overcome all the obstacles encountered along the way.
Beyond the medical aspect that was so important, we got to know Neria, as she is. She was like a candle to us when darkness had entered our home. She was there for all of us, with admirable sensitivity. She talked to each and every one of us with great patience. She consoled us, and strengthened us.
Losing a parent is an unbearable experience. Thinking back, if there is one bright spot on this path of suffering it is knowing that our father died at home. It was in his familiar surroundings, where he felt safest, and he was surrounded by those who loved him most, and supported by a loving and dedicated team. This is how my father parted from the world.
Thank you dear team for what you have been for him, for us.

My mother, and us as the family supporting her have peace of mind.
Over the past two years, Sabar health has been providing us with amazing treatment for my sick mother. This is through the high professionalism, and no less than that, the caring personal attention on the part of all the staff - Racheli, the nurse attending, a regular doctor, and Sharon the social worker who supports and helps us all. We also made occasional use of the hotline, late in the day or over the weekend. Bottom line: my mother and us as the family supporting her have peace of mind, and are confident that there is someone to talk to; this support is so important. We highly recommend Sabar Health! And as the family supporting her, we have peace of mind, and are confident that there is someone to talk to; this support is so important. We highly recommend Sabar Health!
